‘Trouv’ is from the French word ‘Trouvez’ which means find while’ ise’ is from the Yoruba word work. Trouvise is Charisol’s online community for tech talents. Our vision is to connect talents in Africa with economic opportunities around the globe.

Which personal data do we collect and for which purposes do we use them?

General Information: Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Mobile Number and Email Address.

We use:

• your general information to contact you in the right manner,

• your email address to send you information and updates about your transaction(s) and task (as a talent),

• your telephone number to verify whether it is real and it belongs to you.

Résumé: We collect your résumé to assess your skills and match you with micro tasks.

Google Login & LinkedIn Login: We use this social accounts to collect basic data about you. We may further use them to serve you for marketing purposes.

Payment Information: Bank account details account holder name

We use:

• your payment information to enable us, and the payment provider we work with to process and record your payments on the site.

Why can we process your personal data? There are several grounds on the basis of which we are allowed or required to process your personal data:

Consent: For sending newsletters and direct marketing through email we request your permission. This permission can also easily be withdrawn through the unsubscribe link in each newsletter.

Performance of the agreement: We process your general information, payment information, social information, and electronic identifiers to provide our services to you as a user.
